From technical planning through to realization in fabrication: In the mechanical finishing shops at the Höfer Group’s sites, we offer you a broad variety of processing options for aluminum profiles and sections.
Options range from sawing to punching, drilling and milling, through to joining. Our high-tech machinery means: high material removal rates coupled with optimal precision.
Fully automated CNC machining centers
On our fully automated CNC machining centers, we not only process individual components but also demanding series products and profile lengths of up to 6,000 mm. With our pool of bending units, we are able to process profiles involving up to three bending planes to your specification. Two welding robots at our Urmitz site enable even the most complex joints to be created.
